wELLNESS CENTER AVAILABLE FOR iMT STAFF DURING COVID-19 RESPONSE.

Located on the 8th Floor of the Portland State Office Building, the PSOB Wellness Center is a member-run wellness and fitness center whose membership is available to all employees working in the PSOB. During the COVID-19 response the Wellness Center is available for FREE to IMT staff members who need a place to work out, stretch, shower or rest.

In addition to our aerobic workout machines and free weights, the Center has locker rooms with showers. There are also a large number of yoga mats suitable for napping on the large floor space.

To take advantage of the Wellness Center, please fill out this release form and forward to Theresa.e.Cross@dhsoha.state.or.us. We will program your ID badge to allow access.

The Wellness Center is closed from 9:00-10:30 am, Monday-Friday for maintenance and sanitation.
